Annmarie Fairweather serves as Chief Person Officer at Learning Ally. She is in charge of the management of the entire People, Culture, and talent initiatives. Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over thirty years of knowledge. She has worked with leaders in diverse industries in order to enhance business performance, specifically during rapid growth. Her work as a partner to translate human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for organizations and plans has included organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders and teams as the biggest competitive advantage. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and coached managers who have shown success and results. Her efforts helped cultivate cultures in organizations which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and resources to further assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organizations. This includes being part of in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is dedicated to helping women become leaders.
